Abstract Submission Guidelines

Length & Structure:

  • Abstracts should be a single structured paragraph of no more than 500 words.
  • Include keywords and funding information at the end.

Content & Format:
We strongly encourage authors to follow this structured format:

  1. Background – Provide context by outlining the broader relevance of the research and clearly stating the study’s purpose.
  2. Methods – Briefly describe the key methods or treatments applied.
  3. Results – Summarize the primary findings of the study.
  4. Conclusions – Highlight the main conclusions or interpretations derived from the results.

Important Considerations:

  • The abstract should offer a concise and objective overview of the presentation.
  • Do not include results that are not presented or substantiated in the main text.
  • Avoid exaggerating conclusions—ensure they are accurately supported by the study’s findings.
