The SLTBR is delighted to announce the endorsement of the ENLIGHT Checklist. The ENLIGHT Checklist is the first consensus checklist for reporting light-based interventions in human clinical trials and experiments.
The lead authors Manuel Spitschan (Max Planck Institute for Biological Cybernetics and Technical University of Munich), Laura Kervezee (Leiden University Medical Centre), Renske Lok (Stanford University), Elise McGlashan (University of Melbourne) and Raymond Najjar (National University of Singapore) led an international consortium of 60 experts in chronobiology, sleep science, visual neuroscience and physiology to derive recommendations for the detailed and reproducible reporting of the light stimulus.
The upcoming SLTBR Meeting in Prague (20-22 June 2024) will feature a tutorial session for the use of the ENLIGHT Checklist in practice.
